ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Site Administrator that can contribute positively to a close-knit team by providing comprehensive and professional administrative and accounting support services.
Individuals will need to have a positive, flexible team-oriented approach, with willingness and desire to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position will give you enough variety to keep you on your toes and will provide the successful candidate with plenty of room to grow and develop. Prior administration experience is a necessity!
The role is available for Perth and Kalgoorlie/Kambalda residential candidates, 8:6 Roster working back to back with another Site Administrator, on 12 hour days to align with site based personnel.
DUTIES INCLUDED
Ensure the efficient operation of the site office and provide comprehensive administrative support service to the management and operational teams.
Deliver a client-focused service to internal and external personnel by demonstrating a professional outlook, being approachable, helpful and co-operative.
Facilitate the daily processing, data entry and reconciliation of relevant dockets and records received by the operational and maintenance teams.
Organising all employee pay summary sheets and reconciliation to hire dockets.
Provide administrative support across multiple areas, such as developing and maintaining databases to manage health and safety information, record management, staff training, termination, performance management, accommodation management and travel requirements.
Organise site entry for all employees, ensuring all documentation is compliant and sent off to relevant site contacts
Facilitate the daily processing and data entry of relevant records, ensuring documentation is submitted correctly, in a timely manner, cross-referenced with relevant operational data and input accurately to assist with any auditing and reconciliations.
Utilise financial software MYOB.
Assist and work collaboratively with others as required.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Current unencumbered WA C Class Driver’s License
Advanced MYOB, Xero or other accounting software, skills and experience
Experience within the Mining or Heavy Industrial sectors, whilst not essential, would be advantageous.
Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email and use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven team player with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and credibility.
