Finance Analyst

La Vie Hotels and Resorts is a dynamic and fast-growing hotel management company with a diverse portfolio across multiple countries. A newly created role, we are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team and take ownership of performance reporting, analysis, and insights across our global hotel portfolio.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver insights that support commercial and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct variance analysis on monthly performance versus budget, forecast and prior year, providing clear commentary, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Help track key performance metrics across properties to support monthly reporting.

Perform monthly rolling forecasts. Assist in the annual budget and half-year forecasting process.

Perform internal audits of property-level financial records to ensure compliance with financial controls and group standards.

Collaborate with hotel-level finance teams and senior management in the implementation of finance tools, processes and policies for new hotel openings.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial models to monitor performance across all hotels. Partner with senior management to provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in the development and roll-out of standardised reporting templates, audit tools, systems, and best practices across properties.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline

Minimum 3–5 years in a financial analyst, internal audit, or management reporting role, preferably in hospitality or multi-site business.

Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, dynamic reporting).

Strong Power BI skills – ability to build, maintain, and optimise dashboards is an advantage.

Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and/or internal audit processes.

Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Self-motivated and able to manage competing deadlines across different time zones.
