IT MSP – Junior Level 2 Systems Engineer

Acclaim IT is a small Melbourne based MSP, who specialises in Microsoft365, Cyber Security & cloud solutions. We are a company that has a strong focus on customer satisfaction & providing excellent services to our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a junior systems engineer to provide remote & on-site level 2 support for our customers, initially for a part-time engagement (25-30 hours per week), with the option of moving to full time in the next 3-6 months for the ideal candidate. Enjoy a hybrid work environment that includes time in the office, on client sites, and working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues relating to hardware, software, network infrastructure.

Provide 2nd level support for our clients via email, phone & onsite.

Creating & maintaining technical documentation.

Collaborating with the wider technical team to resolve complex issues.

Assisting with project work & deployments as required.

Candidate Criteria

Experience in the following technologies: ConnectWise RMM / ConnectWise Manage, MS Windows Server, Win 10/11, M365, InTune, FortiGate/Sophos/Watchguard firewalls, VMware, DELL PowerEdge servers, Bit Defender .

1-2 + Years of experience required in similar role (MSP Support)

Relevant industry certifications such as MSCA/MSCE/CompTIA A+/ITIL

IT Security experience will be highly regarded.

Excellent customer service & communication skills are essential.

ConnectWise Automate & Manage experience preferred.

Must have own car to travel to client sites.
