About the Role:

My client, a leading Aged Care provider that is dedicated to providing exceptional aged care services, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join their team. As the Clinical Team Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across all aspects of the facility's operations. Collaborating with the Service Manager and a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the effective delivery of services that align with the organization's mission and values. This role requires a proactive professional committed to excellence in aged care and continuous improvement in care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
• Ensure residents have accurate and up-to-date care plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements.
• Facilitate staff development, including training and performance appraisals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and resident satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of respect, compassion, and excellence in line with the organization's values.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current AHPRA registration (no conditions).
• Residential Aged Care experience
• Leadership experience
• Full working rights in Australia
• Nursing Degree
