We're seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Coordinator of Child and Family Health and Wellbeing for a 12 months parental leave backfill.

About the Role:
As the Coordinator of Child and Family Health and Wellbeing, you'll lead and coordinate our multidisciplinary Maternal and Child Health service within our vibrant and diverse community. Your primary responsibility will be to strategically lead and develop a client-focused and integrated service, ensuring service improvements and innovations that cater to the evolving needs of our community.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership Excellence: We seek a leader with emotional intelligence, fostering a positive work environment, nurturing team growth, and actively engaging with both the team and the community. Your ability to mentor, coach, and support staff will be crucial.
- Quality Service Delivery: Your expertise will drive efficient service delivery that meets community expectations. Embedding quality service delivery and Brimbank's Clinical Governance Framework will be key.
- Strategic Planning: Your role will involve developing and implementing policies, seeking funding opportunities, and advocating for optimized service models.
- Partnership Building: You'll build and maintain networks and partnerships to enhance service quality, collaborating with various stakeholders and advocating for innovative service delivery models.
Your Profile:
- Qualifications and Experience: Contemporary leadership experience and skills along with additional qualifications in Maternal and Child Health or extensive experience in child and family health services.
- Empathy and Compassion: A genuine caring attitude towards the community, coupled with a deep understanding of vulnerable families' needs, will define your success in this role.
- Emotional Intelligence: Your ability to manage stress, conflict, and change with empathy and resilience will set you apart. Making decisive yet empathetic decisions in challenging situations is crucial.
