TOM Executive Recruitment have been retained by a leading Australian funds management business specialising in responsible entity, trustee, corporate trust and custody services to find a Head of Trustee Services. This is a senior role where you will have the ability to implement and develop your own strategy.

Based in the CBD and reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Trust this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and profitable business, taking ownership of clients and providing full life cycle Cooperate Trustee solutions.

The Role

As Manager Corporate Trust you will manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of Corporate Trust are managed in a compliant and efficient manner. Specifically you will focus on:

Structured Finance

Securitisation

Retail and Wholesale Custody

Company Secretarial.

This role will require you to have extensive experience of client onboarding, including all legal documentation (these will require writing and drafting) set ups, managing clients needs and expectations, this is a role where you will have to multitask and perform a wide variety of tasks where each day will present new challenges.

In addition to these skills you will have a minimum of 5 years experience within financial services in either a retail of wholesale lending/securitisation or structured finance. You will be degree qualified, perhaps with a Law degree, as this role will require advanced documentation skills.
