About the Role

As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant, you will manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements while ensuring the highest standard of service. Your in-depth industry knowledge and customer-first approach will help streamline travel processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full travel lifecycle – from booking through to post-trip follow-up

Provide tailored travel recommendations aligned with client needs and budgets

Deliver prompt, professional responses to all travel enquiries

Leverage your deep knowledge of destinations, travel products, and trends to source the best solutions

Maintain accurate records of bookings, changes, and travel spend

Work closely with internal teams to refine travel policies and workflows

Mentor and support junior team members as needed

What We're Looking For

5+ years’ experience in corporate travel consulting

A strong background in delivering exceptional service and building client trust

Excellent knowledge of global travel products, fare rules, and industry protocols

Proficient in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo – essential)

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and the ability to resolve complex travel issues

A flexible, proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced corporate environment
