We’re partnering with a leading property organisation seeking a skilled Property Accountant for a contract role. This position plays a key role in managing financial operations across a property portfolio and will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Maintain general ledgers and reconcile balance sheet accounts related to Net Operating Income (NOI)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including NOI statements and manager entity reporting
• Prepare and issue invoices for property management and investment activities
• Reconcile corporate credit cards and manage expense reporting to ensure month-end completion
• Monitor daily bank balances and support cashflow forecasting
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and respond to audit queries
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar property or financial accounting role
• CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
• Strong understanding of property accounting principles and NOI reporting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
