The Opportunity:

As the Accountant you will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable & Payable functions and other areas of finance including company and property accounting within a reputable property organisation.

Your day-to-day:

• Bank reconciliations
• Daily receipting and communication to stakeholders
• Outstanding invoices communicated to property managers on timely basis
• Sub-ledger to GL reconciliation
• Company accounting – analysis, data entry and reconciliation assistance
• Property accounting tasks as required

Who you are:

• University degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Previous experience in Finance/Accounting related roles
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in the property industry advantageous
