Nurse Next Door Penrith is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking experienced AINs, Disability Support Workers, and Community Support Workers to join our team for both Day Shifts and night shifts.

Our skilled team of Caregivers are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home support care to our clients.

At Nurse Next Door Penrith, we are currently seeking candidates who are:

Available for Monday-Friday shifts for both Day & Non-Active night shifts

Disability/Community Support Workers with 2+ years of experience are highly regarded

Candidates with higher availability and experience in Epilepsy and seizure management, as well as suctioning, will be given preference.

What you’ll bring to our team!

Being reliable and always on time at the client's home.

Desire to make lives better for clients in their own homes and in the community

2+ years of experience in community/aged care/disability

Able to identify and report client care concerns to the Care Designers

A skilled communicator with strong abilities in both speaking and writing in English. Other languages will be an asset!

As we provide support to our clients 24/7, the ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, across weekends and evenings, is advantageous.
