Join Our Team as a Technology & Systems Specialist!

We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy, solutions-focused team player to support and streamline the way we work. Based in Darra, QLD, this is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who loves solving tech puzzles, automating workflows, and helping people get the most out of their systems.

As our business continues to grow and AI transforms how we work, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our systems and lead us into the next generation of productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all our CRMs and systems are integrated and working together smoothly.
• Build and maintain dashboards and features in platforms like Monday.com (expert knowledge preferred).
• Identify and implement new AI tools and strategies to boost productivity.
• Create and manage company email accounts and user access.
• Be the go-to tech support for our team of 20, solving day-to-day IT issues.
• Train staff on everyday tech use (e.g., Excel tips, email settings, Zoom, Calendly).
• Support cross-platform tools like Slack, Zoom, API connections, and more.
• Set up and configure computers and accounts for new team members.
• Assist with tech onboarding, system improvements, and internal automations.

About You:

• Proven experience in IT support, systems admin, or a similar role.
• Comfortable working across CRMs, cloud software, and workflow tools.
• Strong skills in Monday.com — you know how to automate, integrate, and optimise.
• Understanding of APIs and common SaaS integrations.
• Enjoy training others and improving team tech confidence.
• Passion for emerging technology and improving business efficiency.
