What you'll be doing

• Provide support across business-critical systems and applications
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues across applications, databases, and environments
• Write and read basic SQL queries to support issue resolution and data analysis
• Configure and maintain internal systems and assist with platform set-up
• Participate in an on-call support roster (including weekends and public holidays)
• Assist with backend project work, including configuration and testing of new systems

What you'll bring

• A relevant qualification in IT (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of SQL, confident reading and writing basic queries
• An understanding of data analysis, application configuration, or systems administration
• Great communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Strong troubleshooting ability and willingness to dig into root causes
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn and grow in a technical support role
