At Solar Surge Australia, we’re known for delivering high-quality solar systems with real integrity. As we grow across QLD, we’re looking for someone who can own our post-sale client journey.

This role is part-time, long-term, and important. If you're an experienced admin or client service pro who takes pride in doing things properly and loves ticking boxes — this could be the best 20 hours of your week.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the business owner to make sure every client has a smooth, professional experience after they sign up. That means being organised, confident with follow-ups, and always on the front foot.

You’ll be responsible for:

Making after-sale welcome calls

Handling email check-ins and answering client questions

Booking and confirming installations

Submitting grid applications & chasing approvals

Following up installers for EWRs

Helping clients get their solar monitoring apps working

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
✔️ Have admin or coordination experience (bonus if you’ve worked in trades, construction or solar)
✔️ Are a self-starter — you spot gaps and solve problems without waiting to be asked
✔️ Have excellent written and phone communication
✔️ Love process, systems, and keeping people updated
✔️ Are looking for stable, meaningful part-time work (with growth potential)

What’s on Offer

💰 $38.85/hour incl. super (part-time employee)

🕐 20 hrs/week (ideally Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm)

💼 12-week performance review with room to grow
