POSITION

An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Supervisor due to sustained growth and increased project demand across the industrial automation sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical teams working on automation-focused projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising the construction and installation of industrial electrical and automation systems
• Overseeing site works including commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades
• Working with PLCs, VSDs, instrumentation, and control systems
• Interpreting and reviewing electrical schematics and control system designs
• Ensuring safety compliance and high standards of workmanship on-site

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrician managing teams of five or more
• Strong background in industrial automation, control systems, or process electrical installations
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VSDs, and motor control systems
• Previous exposure to manufacturing, water treatment, or process industry projects
• A high level of motivation, attention to detail, and leadership capability
• Full working rights and current electrical license in Queensland
