About the role

Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor on a 4/3 Roster (Mon-Thur) to join our team in Mackay, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the electrical work on our various projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard and in compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating a team of electricians to complete electrical installations and maintenance tasks on site

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

Liaising with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and coordinate work schedules

Providing technical guidance and support to the electrical team, and identifying training needs as required

Monitoring work progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the electrical work

Contributing to the continuous improvement of electrical processes and practices

What we're looking for

Qualified electrician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role

Thorough knowledge of electrical standards, regulations and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Willingness to travel to project sites as required
