About the Role
Reporting to a supportive and knowledgable Payroll Manager, this role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in full-function payroll. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and play a hands-on role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services.

Duties:
* High volume payroll processing
* Managing leave calculations including long service, maternity, and parental leave
* Working with complex EBAs and Awards
* Processing terminations and redundancies
* Responding to payroll-related queries

Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in full-function payroll, including bank file closure
* Proficiency in payroll systems
* Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
* Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
