About our Client
Our client is a well-known multinational organization and leader in their field. They are seeking a switched-on, experienced Payroll Officer to join their growing organisation. They boast a close-knit working environment and positive working culture. Due movement in the team, they are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join their supportive team on a permanent basis, full-time basis.

Duties
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for full-function payroll as follows:

• Processing weekly payroll for approximately 300-400 employes
• New starters and terminations
• Award interpretation (approximately 16 different EBAs)
• Processing annual leave, sick leave and adjustments and allowances
• Superannuation processing
• Payroll tax/PAYG
• Handling payroll queries
• UAT Testing as it relates to the T&A project

Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have the following:

• Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position coupled with excellent full-function payroll knowledge
• Experience using iChris, Chris 21, or other large payroll platforms along with Kronos T&A is essential
• Experience interpreting EBAs and awards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a team-based environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
• Ability to start immediately
