The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships across our platform ecosystem. In this role, you’ll reconnect with former clients, upsell value-adding integrations, and guide brokers through the transition from WinBEAT to our next-gen cloud platform, WinBEAT NEXT.
Key Responsibilities
Re-engage and win back former clients through targeted outreach
Upsell practice management integrations to existing clients
Manage relationships with brokers and act as their key point of contact
Guide clients through system upgrades and transitions from WinBEAT to WinBEAT NEXT
Collaborate with support, onboarding, and product teams to ensure successful outcomes
Provide software demos and consultative product guidance
Report directly to the General Manager of Broking Systems
What You’ll Bring
Certificate III in Financial Services (FNS30120) – required
Proven experience in B2B software sales, client success, or account management (insurance or broking preferred)
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
Knowledge of general insurance broking workflows and technology
Confidence managing both strategic accounts and operational transitions
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Comfortable demoing software and articulating integration benefits
