Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all monthly/annual financial reporting
• Budget process enhancement, compilation and trend analysis
• Cashflow forecasting
• Managing school fee support programs
• Managing the fixed asset register
• Providing back up to AP/AR and payroll functions
• Assisting with the preparation of annual statement and supporting the year end audit process
• Financial modelling and reporting
• Reviewing variances and establishing KPI's for analysis
• Various ad hoc projects involving extensive use of Excel

You will need:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role, school knowledge ideal!
• Solid knowledge of management/financial accounting
• Familiarity with accounting/analytical concepts
• Relevant tertiary qualifications/working towards your CPA
• Technical skills and computer literacy including Excel
• Very strong verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to produce in-depth analysis and share knowledge effectively
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check & be fully vaccinated (Public Health Order)
