Growing Manged Service Provider based in Melbourne's inner suburbs are on the look out for an Account/Customer Success Manager to build and grow their clients. We aren't looking for a sales focussed candidate but more someone who can build strong relationships without thinking of the sale first.

In summary, we need someone to:

Maintain and improve relationships with clients

Drive increased alignment / compliance of each client to the standard solutions

Understand client business needs, concerns and risks, and make recommendations to help meet these needs

Work with the tech team to scope and quote solutions as required

Increase revenue by promoting additional services as required

Activities that would be required include:

Understanding our standard solutions, benefits, when they should be used.

Maintaining internal categorisation of clients based on our agreed criteria.

Understanding client's business goals, risks, opportunities. Understanding how our solutions can help.

Work with clients to increase their compliance with our standards. We have a client portal to help drive this. The portal can highlight areas where clients have not adopted our standards, as well as prepare a 12 month roadmap of recommendations.

Undertake proactive activities with clients including meetings, phone calls, presenting reviews or reports, running info sessions or webinars. The cadence for these activities is determined by client categories.

Answer non technical client queries, assist with general advice.

Prepare quotes for either day to day tactical items (PCs, licenses, etc) or more strategic items in conjunction with tech team (projects, infrastructure).
