This role will form part of the Commercial Project, working cohesively with all departments to enhance operations effectiveness and establish best practice business systems. The opportunity:

The role of the Business Improvement Lead is to support the General Manager in the development and implementation of major business projects and initiatives to drive organisational growth. As part of this role, you will:

Create, document, and optimise end-to-end business workflow processes to support continuous improvement.

Support the development and implementation of business systems and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s growth strategy, with a focus on AI and executional excellence.

Design and develop dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Lead internal projects, assigning tasks, setting expectations, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Collaborate closely with external providers, particularly during solution development and testing, to ensure deliverables align with business requirements and quality standards.

Support the planning and delivery of end-to-end change management activities to support business transformation, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.

Collect and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

Review and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

Work with IT and other departments to implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Ensure that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements through rigorous testing and validation.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use new systems and processes.

About you:

You will have the following skills and experience:

Tertiary qualification(s) in business, or a related discipline preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Adept at problem solving with a solution-oriented mindset and commitment to getting things done

Proficient in standard business IT systems, including O365 and salesforce

Willingness to learn and apply learnings

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including working knowledge of DAX and SQL, highly regarded.

Skilled at prioritising and organising work of self and others

Ability to see the big picture while ensuring an attentiveness to detail

High level of learning agility, able to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments

Demonstrated experience delivering organisation-wide improvement initiatives

Accomplished collaborator, able to unite and motivate diverse teams behind a common goal

Experience in establishing and maintaining highly productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
