We're searching for a strategic, experienced Business Coach to join our powerhouse Real Entrepreneur Women team!

This role is ideal for someone who’s built and run their own successful business, is deeply skilled in sales, marketing, and transformational coaching, and knows how to support female entrepreneurs in scaling with both confidence and clarity.

You’ll be coaching inside our flagship Wealthy Woman Programs, empowering women to elevate their results and step fully into their next level of business success. We’re looking for someone who has a healthy, empowered relationship with money, and can confidently help others overcome internal limitations that hold them back from financial growth.

Location: Remote – Australia-based (preferably Sydney)
Salary: High 5-Figure Base + Bonuses (6-Figure Potential)
Hours: Full-Time

🌟Your Role:

As our Business Coach, you’ll guide clients through their journey inside our Wealthy Woman Programs, holding them accountable, providing powerful coaching, and optimising their experience at every step. You’ll be the heartbeat of the community, helping clients stay on track, move through blocks, and create tangible, sustainable momentum.

🌟 Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage client results by continuously improving the client success journey

Coach clients through both private and group coaching calls to provide feedback, answer questions and deliver additional training on respective program content

Build relationships with clients to ensure that their needs and the needs of the business are being met

Resolve client issues and/or disputes in a professional manner

Provide direction and resources to clients

Facilitate organisational culture in all Facebook Groups

Personally welcoming new clients in Messenger

Consistently overseeing a 30% upgrade percentage of clients graduating programs & offerings of the organisation

Manage each client’s journey through their respective program by holding them accountable

Ensure the client implements all activation points

Support clients with their questions, concerns, and needs throughout their program

30% of clients provide a testimonial or client interview

30% of clients join the Ambassador Program

Update and manage the clients in the company CRM in a succinct manner

🌟 Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

A proven background in business coaching with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and mindset development

Have run your own business or worked as a business coach with proven results

2+ years coaching experience (NLP or other modalities)

Confident, relatable, and leads with an abundant mindset around money and success

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Tech-savvy

A powerful presence, confident online facilitation skills, and a passion for empowering women

Deep emotional intelligence, high-level accountability skills, and the ability to motivate clients into action

Critical problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls

Have exceptional time management, judgment, and communication skills

Loves working in Facebook groups and online community spaces

Proactive self-starter who uses initiative, learns quickly, and takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged

Know how to get results and lovingly hold clients to a high standard

Open to different and new ways of doing things

Excellent communication and the ability to anticipate the needs of the client
