Manage daily operations and activities.

Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, and licensing regulations.

Lead and motivate staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.

Maintain a family-friendly, welcoming environment.

Manage budgets, inventory, and implement growth strategies

• Work with a supportive leadership team to achieve company goals and foster growth opportunities.

About You:

RSA, RSG certification, and Advanced Licensee certificate (or ability to obtain).

2 + years of proven experience in venue management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong background in gaming, events & entertainment.

Financial and operational management experience.
