About the role
A specialist in logistics and storage our client is currently looking for a part time professional , (3 days per week) to help with their bookkeeping and office management.
Based in Welshpool, you will be working in a happy and professional environment that encourages growth as well as work life balance. To succeed in the role you’ll need experience in Xero and preferably Freight 2020.
What you'll be doing
Accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
Process payroll and superannuation obligations.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft 365)
Liaise with staff, clients and key management.
Use Xero to maintain and update financial records.
End-of-month reports.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a bookkeeping and office management.
Computer literate with strong knowledge of accounting and business software (e.g., , Xero, Office 365)
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficient in data entry, financial reporting, and problem-solving
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideally, experience in Freight 2020, however training can be provided for the right candidate
