About the Role:
As Bottle Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our liquor retail outlet. This includes leading a small team, overseeing stock control and ordering, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the bottle shop

Manage staff rosters, training, and performance

Maintain stock levels, conduct stocktakes and place orders

Drive sales through merchandising, promotions, and product knowledge

Ensure adherence to all liquor licensing laws and RSA requirements

Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regulars

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail liquor or hospitality management

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent product knowledge across beer, wine, and spirits

Current RSA and knowledge of liquor licensing regulations

Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
