As a Customer Service Agent at Epos Now, you’ll be on the front line, ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience with our innovative products. Whether you’re a recent graduate, just starting your professional journey or looking to make a career change, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, learn the ins and outs of our technology, and make a meaningful impact on our customers’ success.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver Effective Training: Guide customers through comprehensive training sessions, ensuring they fully understand our product features and best practices.

Be the Go-To Expert: Provide ongoing support to customers, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals with our solutions.

Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Manage all aspects of account setup and service integration, ensuring customers get up and running quickly and efficiently.

Drive Customer Success: Work closely with the Training and Sales Teams to continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback, ensuring every customer has a top-tier experience.
