Your Role
Reporting to the Director, you will work closely with all senior leaders and oversee the finance functions in the business, while participating in strategic planning, goal setting and forecasting. Duties include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting and budgeting
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Overseeing payments, preparing BAS, and tax compliance
• Managing superannuation and insurance obligations
• Improving accounting systems and processes

Other Details
The position is onsite, full time and located in Mount Gambier. Some work-life flexibility may occur after probation. Remuneration guide is $110K - $120K + Superannuation and performance bonuses.

About You

• Experience in Accounting and financial management is paramount and tax agent registration is highly regarded.
• Accounting qualification (CPA/CA)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
