About the Role

We are seeking a confident, organised, and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Representative to join our friendly and professional team at Liquid Pack in Mount Waverley.

In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll support the growth of the business by building strong relationships with clients, promoting our packaging solutions, and helping shape and implement marketing strategies. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both people-focused sales work and the creativity of marketing — and who’s looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, values-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients

• Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Assist in preparing professional proposals, quotes, and marketing materials

• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including campaigns, content, and branding

• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities

• Maintain accurate client records and support sales reporting

• Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing activity

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Confidence in presenting ideas and building client relationships

• A professional, polished approach with a high level of attention to detail

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your own workload

• Familiarity with marketing tools, social media, or CRM platforms is a plus

• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environments is advantageous but not essential

An engineering background is an advantage but not essential
