Join Our Team as an Office Administrator!
Are you a go-getter seeking to elevate your career with one of Australia's top fertiliser providers? Protech presents an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client in Murarrie for a 6-month contract.
Whether you're coming from a background in customer service, data entry, or seeking a shift from hands-on work to a professional environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you would be supporting the Learning & Development team by updating training records for internal staff, coordinating training courses, and running reports.
This role will be a part time schedule with flexible working hours available. Ideally, you will be available 4-5 days per week for 25-30 hours total. There is ability to work from home 1-2 days per week as well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Learning and Development courses for internal staff members.
- Handle various administrative tasks, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records and databases accurately.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to efficiently manage data entry and updating records.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and SAP (preferred but not mandatory).
