About the Opportunity

Randstad is proud to be partnering with a leading provider in residential waste management, offering immediate starts for experienced HR Drivers. We're currently recruiting for SideArm and Rear Loader waste truck operators based out of Greenacre, NSW, with early starts and long-term permanent opportunities available.

Location: Greenacre, NSW

Pay Rate: From $47+ per hour (based on experience)

Shifts: Monday to Friday | Start times between 4:00 AM - 5:30 AM

Minimum Hours: 7.6 paid hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

Operate SideArm or Rear Loader truck, for residential kerbside collection

Follow scheduled routes and complete timely, safe collections

Support runners/offsiders as needed

Maintain high safety standards including PPE and hazard reporting

Communicate effectively with depot and operations teams

Requirements

Valid HR Truck Licence

6-12 months HR driving experience (waste industry highly regarded)

Reliable transport to and from the depot

Physically fit: able to climb in/out of trucks and lift up to 30 kg

Strong safety awareness and team mindset

Able to pass drug & alcohol testing and a police check

RMS driving history report required

Note: During the first two weeks, drivers will be paid as offsiders while completing compliance and site-specific training.
