The Role:

Our client is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 1 - 4 years experience to join their highly ranked Planning and Environment team. With partners that are nationally recognised, you will work with both public and private sector clients on matters. These matters include:

• Planning law and development approval processes, including litigation and dispute resolution;
• Land Court proceedings involving property resumptions;
• Environmental approvals, compliance and enforcement issues including prosecutions; and
• Due diligence investigations on large property transactions and public floats.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit the following:

• 1-4 years experience either from a law firm or government agency or in-house
• Experience in Planning and Environment Law
• Desire for a long-term role where your contribution is valued
• Eagerness to deepen expertise
