We are a high-impact online nutrigenomics clinic supporting families with autistic children through cutting-edge genetic and microbiome interventions. We're looking for a receptionist with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make life easier for families and clinicians alike.

💻 About the Role

Although this is a remote position, we prefer applicants based in Brisbane, as in-person training will be required during the first few weeks.

This is not a passive role — it's for someone who can see the problem before it arises, create systems, follow through, and calmly manage competing demands with a solutions-first mindset.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space required

You'll be the trusted first point of contact for families navigating complex health journeys. Your key tasks will include:

Responding to emails, phone calls, and messages with warmth and clarity

Booking appointments and managing clinician schedules

Proactively managing workflows, lab uploads, and follow-ups

Solving problems before they escalate and keeping the team organised

Processing payments, invoices, and handling clinic logistics

✅ You Must Have:

A calm, emotionally intelligent approach under pressure

Strong written and verbal communication

A proactive, solution-focused mindset — you love fixing inefficiencies and staying two steps ahead

Prior experience in reception or admin (ideally within integrative health, psychology, allied health, or disability support)

Minimum 2 years' experience in reception or administrative roles

Tech confidence: Microsoft 365, Xero, Go High Level, and Cliniko experience highly regarded

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Go High Level CRM system (required), experience with Xero and Cliniko (preferred)

Impeccable organisation and time management

Right to work in Australia (required)
