About the Role: High Care Support Worker

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist clients with high and complex needs around the Penrith Area. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a real difference in people’s lives.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience supporting clients with complex physical and/or mental health needs (experience with quadriplegic clients is highly regarded)
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
• Knowledge and application of trauma-informed care practices, particularly with clients managing PTSD or requiring high-dependency support
• Ability to provide sensitive and respectful personal care and domestic assistance
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused attitude

Your Role Includes:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities while promoting independence
• Providing emotional and social support
• Delivering high-level personal care, including bowel care management
• Supporting clients with medication reminders and basic health routines

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Current First Aid certificate
2. Current Police Check
3. NDIS Worker screening check
4. Working with Children Check
5. Australian Work Rights
