About the Role: Support Worker – Multiple Clients (Parramatta Region)

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist clients with high and complex needs around the Parramatta Area. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a real difference in people’s lives.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience working with clients with complex physical and mental health needs
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent (highly desirable)
• Skilled in trauma-informed care and able to support clients with PTSD or high dependency needs
• Able to provide respectful and sensitive personal care and domestic support
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-first approach

Your Role Includes:

• Assisting clients with daily living tasks and promoting independence
• Providing emotional and social support
• Ensuring safe transport to appointments and community activities
• Supporting clients with medication reminders and basic health routines

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Current First Aid certificate
2. Current Police Check
3. NDIS Worker screening check
4. Working with Children Check
5. Australian Work Rights
