Our client is a rapidly growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment business specialising in Aged Care, Health, Education and Hospitality sectors.

With a strong pipeline of repeat clients and a reputation built on quality, integrity, and performance, they are now seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team and further grow their client base.

The Role:

You will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base within the Brisbane and greater Queensland region.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Aged Care, Health, Education & Hospitality Sectors

Proactively research, prospect and contact potential clients to establish rapport and book meetings

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for:

A proven track record in business development or B2B sales

A strong understanding of strategic sales processes and client engagement

The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Motivation to exceed targets and contribute to long-term business success.

Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously and is s self-starter, previous experience within the construction industry is not required, prior sales experience and a drive to succeed is what is required.
