Position Overview:

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Senior Frontend and Mobile Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of five developers while actively engaging in hands-on development and code review processes. Your expertise in Ionic and Angular will be crucial as you guide the team in delivering high-quality, innovative mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of hybrid mobile applications using Ionic and Angular.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code standards.

Translate business/solution requirements to technical design specs for developers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and user experience.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on hybrid mobile app development using Ionic and Angular.

Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5+ years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years specifically with Ionic and Angular frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field required.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes.
