GEMA Group is seeking reliable and energetic Cooks to join our retail team at AAMI Park. You'll be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing quality food at the fry and grill stations during event days in a stadium environment.

In addition to AAMI Park, we offer opportunities to work across some of Melbourne’s most prestigious events including the Australia F1 Grand Prix, MotoGP, Avalon Airshow and many more

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items on the fry and grill stations

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Work efficiently as part of a team during high-volume service taking direction from the outlet Supervisor

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Cook, particularly on grill/fry stations

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Availability to work flexible and event-based casual hours, including evenings and weekends
