1) Prepare and cook authentic Asian dishes with high-quality ingredients;

2) Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and consistency;

3) Ensure all produce and food items are properly stored to maintain quality and safety, and to meet food safety and hygiene standards, including some cleaning;
