S’more is on the hunt for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the floor and bring the energy. You’ll be the bridge between the kitchen and our guests, driving smooth service, team morale, and a next-level dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure seamless service across all shifts

Recruit, train and mentor front-of-house team members

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar to deliver consistent, elevated experiences

Manage bookings, floor plans and guest communications

Drive a strong service culture and maintain high standards of hospitality

Monitor financial performance, including rostering, stock control, and budgets

Handle guest feedback
