Alongside our team of 10 Occupational Therapists we are currently expanding our services with our first Speech Pathologist joining us in July 2025.

About the Role
This position is based in our beautiful Ipswich clinic but can include community work, where you’ll be part of an exciting opportunity to shape a thriving new space and deliver high-quality care and can also include community work.

As a full-time Allied Health Assistant with Ninja Allied Health, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech Pathologists in their delivery of exceptional care. This full-time position involves a mix of direct client contact, clinical support, and administrative duties, making every day unique and impactful.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Direct Client Support: Deliver therapeutic interventions under the guidance and supervision of our OTs and Speech Pathologists to help clients achieve their goals.

Session Preparation: Assist OTs and Speech Pathologist in setting up and preparing for sessions, creating materials, and gathering equipment.

Administrative Support: Help with essential administrative tasks, including preparing service agreements, organising client documents, and maintaining accurate records.

About You
To excel in this role, you should be proactive, compassionate, and excited about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and has a true passion for healthcare.

Skills and Experience:

Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance or similar qualification is highly regarded

Experience in a healthcare, disability, or community services environment is preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude

Basic proficiency in practice management software or willingness to learn
