Experience We Are Looking For

At least four years' experience working as an Electrical BIM Consultant in an Australian-based building services consultancy or electrical contractor.

Experience working across a diverse range of project types, including tertiary and secondary education, health, laboratories, commercial office buildings, government and social infrastructure, and residential.

Proficiency in documenting electrical services, including but not limited to: power reticulation, mains and distribution switchboard design, lighting, security, data, comms, dry fire (additional experience in ICT is advantageous).

Advanced user of Revit MEP.

Familiarity with clash detection/coordination tools such as Revizto, BIM 360, or Navisworks.
