JDD Holdings Pty Ltd and their valued client are currently seeking a motivated and energetic 360 Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Wimmera Region. JDD Holdings Pty Ltd are growing our Team and Client Base and are seeking a new representative to aid in the development of the business.

Skills and Attributes Required:

Self-driven, vibrant, passionate and be able maintain a high level of personal motivation.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to negotiate.
An ability to build and nurture both Client and Candidate relations
A high standard and knowledge of computer skills and data base entry
Flexibility with start and finish times, dependent on daily Client needs
A Proven Client Base & Proven Sales Record.
Car and license for Client interactions
Very High standard of Mathematical Skills.
Be able to communicate at all levels.
Eye for Detail.

Responsibilities:

Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market.
Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates to arranging interviews and managing the offer process
Headhunt to identify and attract exceptional Candidates.
A high standard and understanding of WHS Standards and Safety Requirements.
Reverse Market applicants.
Use a variety of sources from in-house database, social media, and advertising.
Building long-lasting Client relationships with a variety of different sized Companies.
Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver recruitment solutions.
Create ownership over your own Section.
Stay up to date with changes in your market and industry.
