The Role
My Client is looking for a dedicated Venue Manager to oversee operations and lead this iconic regional hotel. Success in this role means embracing the spirit of country hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences for both loyal locals and visiting guests.
Building and mentoring your team will be key to your success, as well as a passion for driving new and exciting initiatives in and around the venue
Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in building a successful, service-driven venue
- Customer-facing and hands-on leadership style
- Well-organised and able to work under pressure
- RSA, RSG, Advanced Gaming, and Responsible Person certifications are essential
- Experience using GFR PRO and H&L highly regarded
