Client Manager / Senior Accountant – Step into Leadership | $1.1M Portfolio | Flexi-Hours | Perth

We’re working with a boutique, well-established accounting and advisory firm in Perth that’s looking to grow its team with either:

• A strong Senior Accountant ready to step into a Client Manager position, or
• An experienced Client Manager looking for more ownership and future equity potential.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of approx. $1.1 million in fees and leading a team of 5 FTE, made up of both onshore and offshore staff. This is a client-facing role with a focus on relationship management, advisory, and reviewing work completed offshore.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Either an experienced Client Manager or a strong Senior Accountant ready to take that next step
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Australian PR or Citizenship is required
• Someone values-aligned, personable, and motivated to grow
