At Coast and Country Community Services, we are currently seeking 3 dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Support Officers to join our team on a part-time basis within our Illawarra/Shoalhaven team as an ASO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing bookings, allocating and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

We have a position available in each of our business streams:

Customer Journey:

Provide the frontline customer engagement and journey management from intake and referrals, service coordination through to service exit.

Allocations and Scheduling:

Provide the oversight and coordination of resourcing and service delivery scheduling. They complete Driver scheduling and support, Stakeholder group service engagement and scheduling including coordination of weekend and social group outings.

Business Support team:

Undertake business and data management processes to ensure reporting and business operation deadlines are met.

Some Responsibilities may include:
- Manage incoming booking enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional approach.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date booking system, ensuring all bookings are recorded correctly and any changes or cancellations are processed accurately and promptly.
- Provide detailed information to clients regarding our services, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with different teams within the company to ensure that bookings are scheduled efficiently, and all requirements are met.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, banking and document preparation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and generate more bookings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to continuously improve our booking process and enhance customer experience.

- Participate in an on-call Rotation Roster

Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering and managing data.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and experience with booking software preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
