The Role

Due to ongoing and recent project wins they are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful financial and contractual management of projects, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders.

The Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

Manage project documentation, including contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.

Dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements

A degree within Construction

Exposure to large Australian based builders (Tier 2 or 3 preferably)

Experience on projects valued at $30m and above

3+ years’ experience in contracts administration within the construction industry
