The role:
- Management of client programs managing Supervisors, site team and Liaising with clients
- Preparation of procurement documentation, and high-level contract coordination in respect to traditional and non-traditional contract systems
- Reviewing documentation and quotes prior to submission to client to ensure the proposed scope of works matches the client brief.
- Communicate with clients and Supervisors on project updates
- Ensuring all quality assurance procedures within the work area are followed
What we are looking for:
- Previous Construction Experience
- Ideally you will have a trade background
- Previous experience working on Commercial or Residential projects
- White card
This opportunity is with the government arm whose inhouse professional skills include construction management, design and construct and quality assurance.
Work within the construction, building & maintenance team, managing all sub contractors, and the site team.
