About the role.
The NDIS Growth and Engagement Lead is responsible for driving the growth of Youth Options NDIS participant numbers and actively filling our Capacity Building program vacancies within Central and North sites. This proactive and relationship focuses role involves increasing awareness of Youth Options services through engagement with key NDIS stakeholders including Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, health professionals, community groups and families. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to immediately leverage a strong, pre-existing network of NDIS referral partners particularly Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and Local Area Coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using these relationship to generate referrals, drive participant acquisition and increase service uptake. This position will require the ability to build a strong, trust based relationships, identify new opportunities for growth and ensure the best possible match between participant needs and available supports.
The NDIS Growth and Engagement lead is confident, driven and deeply familiar with the NDIS landscape, with a focus on turning connections into placements and ensuring Youth Options is known as a provider of choice.

About you
Proven ability to drive NDIS participant growth, with a strong track record in business development, stakeholder engagement and conversion of referrals into placements
An established and active network of referral partners, including support coordinators, plan managers and Local Area Coordinators , with demonstrated success in leveraging these relationships to general leads.
In depth knowledge of NDIS principals, the National Disability Service Standards, and a person centered approach to service delivery.
Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to build trust and influence a bread range of stakeholders including families, health professionals and community organizations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and represent Youth Options in community and professional settings
Strong organizational and CRM/database management skills, including the ability to track engagement, monitor referral pipelines and report on outcomes.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Proactive, results driven, compassionate and aligned with Youth Options mission, vision and values
A current "C" class drivers licence acceptable under state legislation
