Hourly Rate: $27.32 – $33.65 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

We’re looking for a qualified Educator to join our team full-time and contribute to meaningful learning experiences that nurture every child’s growth and development.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Educator, you will:

Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and intentional teaching

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Participate in documentation, observations, and reflective practice

Foster a safe, inclusive, and vibrant learning environment

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Working with Children Check (Employee) – QLD

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate

Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Full-time availability Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
