About the Role – Lead Educator, Pre-Kindergarten Room (3–4 years)

As the Pre-Kindergarten Lead Educator, you will:

Create a vibrant, inclusive, and inquiry-rich environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development

Develop and implement a play-based curriculum that nurtures emerging interests, school readiness, and lifelong learning skills

Foster warm, respectful partnerships with children, families, and your teaching team

Promote creativity, curiosity, and collaboration in a space where children feel safe and inspired

Be a confident leader and role model who supports a strong, cohesive team environment

Role Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)

Current Blue Card and National Police Check

Strong knowledge of early childhood development and school readiness principles

Confident understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
